Gap between two Container stacks in container Ship

Are there any rules on the minimum gap between two container stacks in a container ship so that crew members can roam to check the containers? Also between two containers situated in the same stack?

The gap is determined by the container socket used single or double which is class approved, its up to the designer for the cargo arrangement. the cargo securing Manuel is approved by class.

If the gap is more there will issue people try to travel illegally from port to port without ships personal knowledge.
