If you want to pursue PG in Maritime law from IMU India, you need to have LLB as the basic requirement.
LLoyds Maritime academy offers PG diploma in Maritime law through distance learning and seafarer with experience can apply for this course.
Southampton Law school, UK offers a 1 year course - LLM which requires relevant practical experience within shipping/maritime field. A seafarer can apply for this course.

I am also thinking of pursuing law and hopefully I’ll be able to get enough marks to get into a good college. I have been preparing with one of the best LSAT Courses and I’m feeling pretty good. A good college is what I’m aiming for.

Hello
Can somebody please advice regarding the 1 year LLM course from city university London for Holder of Master's COC issued by Govt of India. And is this course is sufficient to be a marine lawyer and get best job opportunities in future. Also if the South Hampton university is better than London university. I had heard earlier that marine lawyer course is for 5 years but then how come city London university offering 1 year post graduate course for same. They only require CV, personal statement, professional certificates and professional reference for same. Friends kindly help me with the above situation.
TIA
Dhawal
