Ask for a better salary Baltic Liners LTD

Hello guys,

At the moment i work as captain for Baltic Liners LTD. I got here by a website called www.sicrewing.com it's database of seamans and companies choose.
Is it good if i tell them to give me a better salary? at the moment i have 7800 USD/month at sea and 1200USD/month at home. They pay for my IMO courses too. Because me need more money because have debts. Shall ask SICrewing to find me another company? I need >9000USD per month. Any ideeas?

Hi I got selected from Baltic liners ltd. as a 3rd officer they told me give a test. I got 74% and passing % is 80% any idea what they will do now they will select me or no ?
