Missed criteria to fullfill NRI status by few days

Please advise on most common concern for indian seafarers i.e. missed NRI time by just few days , should we pay tax on entire salary earned in NRE account or we can still file zero returns ??

when main engine is running in emergency condition which of the alarm can be bypass
